Support for Pocket PM Coach, the AI-powered product management interview practice app.
Common fixes
Sign-in trouble
- Confirm you are using the same method you originally chose: email/password, Google, or Apple.
- For email sign-in, check the address for typos and use the password-reset option if needed.
- If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, continue using Apple rather than entering the relay address manually.
- Check your connection, restart the app, and try again. If it still fails, send us the exact error message.
AI grading or network errors
- Make sure your device has a stable internet connection; grading requires network access.
- Wait a moment and retry if the request times out or the service is temporarily unavailable.
- Keep the app open while feedback is generated and avoid submitting the same answer repeatedly.
- If an answer repeatedly fails, email support with the drill type and approximate time. Do not include sensitive information.
Drill limits
- Pocket PM Coach may apply temporary drill or grading limits to manage capacity and keep the service reliable.
- If you reach a limit, follow the message shown in the app and try again after the stated reset period.
- If the limit appears incorrect or does not reset, contact support with a screenshot of the message.
Notification settings
- On iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Pocket PM Coach and turn on Allow Notifications.
- Review Focus modes and Scheduled Summary if reminders arrive silently or late.
- Use the notification or reminder controls available inside Pocket PM Coach to change your preference.
Hide yourself from a leaderboard
- Both the daily in-app board and the public website board are on by default.
- In Pocket PM Coach, open Settings → Leaderboard.
- Turn off Daily Drill to leave the daily in-app board.
- Turn off All-Time Leaderboard to leave the public website board. The two settings are independent.
- Changes appear when the board next loads or refreshes, though caches may take a short time to clear.
- If you are locked out, email hello@pocketpmcoach.com from your account email and include your leaderboard name and which board or boards you want removed.
Change your leaderboard name or answer privacy
- To change your leaderboard name, open Settings → Leaderboard → Leaderboard Name, enter your new name, and tap SAVE NAME.
- Written answers and AI feedback are private by default. To share them with other players on the daily board, open Settings → Leaderboard → Default answer visibility and choose Visible.
- Choose Private in the same place to keep future answers and feedback from being readable by other players.
- The public website never displays written answers or AI feedback.
Delete your account
In Pocket PM Coach, open Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. This requests deletion of your account and associated app data. If you cannot sign in, email hello@pocketpmcoach.com from the email address linked to your account. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
