Terms of Use

Account use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to use Pocket PM Coach. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

Coaching and AI feedback

Pocket PM Coach provides practice tools and AI-generated coaching for product management interviews. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular role or company. It is educational guidance, not professional employment advice, an assessment by an employer, or a promise of interview performance. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, or other hiring outcomes. You remain responsible for evaluating and using feedback.

Acceptable use

You may use Pocket PM Coach only for lawful, personal interview preparation. You may not:

• Harass others or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Post personal, confidential, or sensitive information belonging to another person or employer.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.
• Use automated means to extract content or use the service to develop a competing dataset, model, or product.
• Misrepresent AI-generated feedback as an official hiring decision or endorsement.

Leaderboard and public content

Pocket PM Coach displays accounts on two leaderboards by default. On the daily in-app board, other signed-in players may see your leaderboard name, daily score, XP, streak, and rank. On the public website board, any visitor may see your leaderboard name, all-time rank, lifetime XP, streak, and level if your account is in the top 100 participating accounts. You can independently turn off Daily Drill or All-Time Leaderboard in Settings → Leaderboard.

Written answers and AI feedback are separate from leaderboard participation and are private by default. Other players may read them on the daily in-app board only if you affirmatively choose Visible under Default answer visibility. The public website never displays written answers or AI feedback.

You are responsible for choosing an appropriate leaderboard name and for any answer, reaction, or other content you submit or make visible. Do not use a leaderboard name or content that impersonates another person, infringes rights, is unlawful or abusive, or reveals personal, confidential, or sensitive information. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Pocket PM Coach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the relevant service features. You represent that you have the right to submit and share it.

We may edit or reset a leaderboard name, remove public content, remove an account from a board, or restrict community access when needed to enforce these terms or protect users or the service. After you turn off a board or we remove an entry, the change appears when the board next loads or refreshes. Previously delivered pages, device state, intermediary caches, or screenshots may remain temporarily or outside our control. Other users' views are their own and are not endorsed by Pocket PM Coach.

Our intellectual property

Pocket PM Coach and its software, visual design, branding, training structure, prompts, curated materials, and other service content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse of our content.

Availability and limits

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may apply reasonable usage, drill, or technical limits to protect service quality and manage capacity. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, third-party services, or other causes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be offered.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using Pocket PM Coach at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective after termination.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties, including Firebase, Anthropic, Apple, Google, and Beehiiv. Their products may be governed by separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket PM Coach is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or AI feedback will be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket PM Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when appropriate. If you continue using Pocket PM Coach after revised terms take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
